ornate ceiling breakfast trolley
the ornate ceiling in my beautiful suite river view was amazing!!! the classical furniture and paintings. the breakfast trolley they delivered each morning was a cute touch and felt very personal. the lavish spread was something to anticipate each day.
i noticed a slight rumbling noise from the plumbing whenever the toilet was flushed, though i quickly got used to it.

Really good Staff and Location
helpful staff excellent restaurant luxurious start
The hotel staff was unbelievably kind and helpful (especially Daniel at the front desk!). They readily shared local history and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. I appreciated the in-room breakfast. It was a varied and luxurious start to each day of my stay. The historic building featured beautifully appointed, large rooms and I found the central location allowed easy exploration of surrounding areas.
I found that the check-in process was slow. It involved a wait of about thirty minutes.
